My Portfolio

Over several years, I partnered with product managers, engineers, researchers, and global stakeholders to modernize a suite of enterprise applications supporting laboratory operations. My work spanned chemical ordering, inventory management, sample logistics, and formulation workflows, helping teams replace fragmented legacy tools with connected experiences that scale globally.

A global organization relied on multiple legacy systems for chemical ordering, sample planning, and fulfillment. Each region had developed its own workflows over time, making ordering inconsistent, reducing visibility, and creating friction between planning and fulfillment teams.
To increase operational efficiency, the organization wanted to consolidate these experiences into a single platform integrated with SAP while supporting existing business processes that users were deeply attached to.
The project also required designing for highly specialized scientific workflows involving laboratory formulation, inventory management, sample logistics, and regulated science teams.

Each project presented a unique set of constraints—from modernizing legacy government systems to designing multilingual mobile applications and improving internal business tools.
Despite the variety of products, the common challenge remained the same:
How do we make complex systems easier for people to understand and use?
Projects ranged from:
* Justice Department case management
* USDA program modernization
* Mobile customer experience
* Internal enterprise applications
* Government portals
This variety required quickly learning new business domains while balancing stakeholder expectations, accessibility, and technical limitations.
